Paul Cummings
President
Paul Cummings has been involved in the starting, growing, and selling of businesses for the past 18 years. His roles have included: Salesman, Sales Manager, Operations Director, Vice President of Sales, and Owner/President. Paul has consistently been responsible for remarkable levels of growth in sales, market share, and profitability. Paul came to the adventure business field by becoming a recreation director at a Colorado resort and got paid to take others rock climbing, whitewater rafting, and experiencing the thrills of a challenge course. In fact, Paul credits a challenge course for the introduction to his wife!
Paul currently resides in Littleton, Colorado with his wife Michelle (founder of Training Wheels) and their two sons, Dawson and Dylan.

Dev Pathik is widely regarded as the leader in marketing and business development for experiential education and challenge course programs. Using his methods for business development, Dev's clients have been able to achieve goals that were previously unimaginable. As a former corporate trainer and Outward Bound instructor, Dev has committed himself to promoting businesses whose work educates, inspires, rejuvenates, and motivates teams and individuals. In all of his endeavors, Dev is committed to helping his clients discover and achieve their true potential for service and revenue. Dev has won numerous awards for his work as a success coach and business development advisor. He lives in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Stephanie Sibille
Copy Writing and Social Media Specialist
With experience in technology and Experiential Education, Stephanie is the ideal match for CAA. Her unique blend of creativity, unrelenting attention to detail, and fascination with online media allow her to consistently deliver flawless content in written and digital form. Stephanie has served as a challenge course facilitator, corporate trainer, program manager and Outward Bound instructor. She specializes in content writing, video production, and online media. Past clients include Grand Dynamics International, the Western Region Association for Experiential Education and Northern Arizona University.
Above all else, Stephanie delights in employing her unique skill set to aid practitioners in communicating the value of their work to the greater global community. She holds a bachelor's degree from New York University and resides in Palo Alto, CA.

Grant Search and Writing Director
With more than 10 years of experience helping organizations achieve their goals in the fields of education, experiential learning and the environment, Tabitha's talents as a communicator are highly sought after. Her commitment to empowering others and sharing knowledge makes her a successful grant writer, curriculum writer and designer of public education materials and methods. After working as a low and high ropes course instructor and trainer, program director and director of academic development, Tabitha created and designed a three county wide environmental education program with the State of Florida and a consortium of non-profits. In that capacity she wrote and received numerous large grants and the award for successful cooperative science from the Florida Marine Research Institute. She has written grants for colleges, non-profits and small businesses and currently supports a homeowner education program for Newland Communities. Tabitha is completing her Master's degree in Science Journalism and lives in South Pasadena, Florida with her husband Stephen who is an improvisational violinist.
