President
Paul Cummings has been involved in the starting, growing, and selling of businesses for the past 16 years. His roles have included: Salesman, Sales Manager, Operations Director, Vice President of Sales, and Owner/President. Paul has consistently been responsible for remarkable levels of growth in sales, market share, and profitability.
In April 2006, Paul purchased the Challenge Course Advisory, the Trainers and Developers Advisory, and the Challenge Adventure Advisory. He plans to grow and develop these companies to further expand the mission laid out by their founder, Dev Pathik.
Paul currently resides in Littleton, Colorado with his wife Michelle (founder of Training Wheels) and their two sons, Dawson and Dylan.

Senior Advisor
Dev Pathik is widely regarded as the leader in marketing and business development for experiential education and challenge course programs. Using his methods for business development, Dev's clients have been able to achieve goals that were previously unimaginable. As a former corporate trainer and Outward Bound instructor, Dev has committed himself to promoting businesses whose work educates, inspires, rejuvenates, and motivates teams and individuals. In all of his endeavors, Dev is committed to helping his clients discover and achieve their true potential for service and revenue. Dev has won numerous awards for his work as a success coach and business development advisor. He lives in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Director of Public Relations
Cindy brings more than 20 years of experience in public relations, advertising, and special events to the team. She was a reporter/editor and columnist for a variety of national publications including Successful Meetings, The Robb Report and Travel & Leisure magazines. As the former Area Director of Public Relations for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc, she handled the PR and grand openings for a number of hotels and resorts including The Westin Innisbrook Resort and the Westin Savannah Harbor Resort's Greenbrier Spa. During her career she has handled the PR for a variety of travel related clients, including Saddlebrook Resort and the Florida Division of Tourism. Cindy's diverse PR experience also includes the successful Public Relations Launch and Media Grand Opening for the largest outdoor learning center in Florida, and worked as a theatrical publicist for Off Broadway productions in New York City including the production of "Adults Only, No Pets." She also handled the public relations and advertising campaign for the Big Apple Circus performances in Boston, as well as for Theatre-by-the-Sea's Summer Children's Festival in Rhode Island.

Grant Search and Writing Director
With more than 10 years of experience helping organizations achieve their goals in the fields of education, experiential learning and the environment, Tabitha's talents as a communicator are highly sought after. Her commitment to empowering others and sharing knowledge makes her a successful grant writer, curriculum writer and designer of public education materials and methods. After working as a low and high ropes course instructor and trainer, program director and director of academic development, Tabitha created and designed a three county wide environmental education program with the State of Florida and a consortium of non-profits. In that capacity she wrote and received numerous large grants and the award for successful cooperative science from the Florida Marine Research Institute. She has written grants for colleges, non-profits and small businesses and currently supports a homeowner education program for Newland Communities. Tabitha is completing her Master's degree in Science Journalism and lives in South Pasadena, Florida with her husband Stephen who is an improvisational violinist.

Interactive Director
Hac's graphic designs have helped to take our clients to an entirely new level of brand sophistication. His passion for music, animation and technology has translated into engaging and powerful interactive rich media content for our clients that are highly effective in form and function. With clients in virtually every industry segment, Hac provides a wealth of invaluable expertise during marketing materials projects. His past clients have included companies such as Dreamworks Interactive SKG, Z Media (where he worked on the world's first interactive comic strip that was featured on AOL), Chicago Tribune, Accenture and Comdisco to name a few. Hac lives in Chicago where he runs a multi-discipline design firm with CCA's Multimedia Director, Tony Frenzel. He provides service to his own clients when he is not working on CCA projects.

Senior Copywriter
From Verdun, France to Lima, Peru - Jacqueline's globetrotting adventures as a child inspired her later to chart her career in communications. Fluent in French and Spanish, she currently studies Japanese. During the past 20 years, Jacqueline honed her marketing communications skills by serving as ad agency creative director, senior copywriter for the marketing department of an AT&T business unit, and freelance copywriter. She believes that multilingual skills strengthen one's ability to turn ideas into meaningful and compelling dialogue.

Copy Editor
Meghan brings her skills in editing to CCA's team. Her eye for editing was well tuned after writing and editing many proposals, research grants, and scientific papers for Florida's manatee research program where she is employed as a marine biologist. She enjoys helping to fine tune the writing produced by the Advisory Team staff and it gives her a wonderful outlet for her skills. Meghan lives in Florida with her husband Tom, daughter Shannon, and twin sons, Jonathan and Owen.
