By phone or in person, our coaching programs allow you to obtain on-going feedback and suggestions throughout the year. Our coaches are compassionate leaders with a commitment to accountability. If you would like a confidential partner who can help you grow your program, coaching is the way to go.
Coaching Packages:
A. 3 Month Skyrocket Program- $1,200 includes 1 hour intake session followed by up to eight 30-45 minute sessions plus discounts to open enrollment programs.
B. Phone Based Business Plan– $2,500 Includes 1 hour intake followed by the delivery of an electronic business plan template. Then we provide up to 4 hours of phone based coaching to assist you in turning the template into a true business plan.
C. Opportunity Coaching- This is “on-the-fly” coaching that provides immediate access to the coaching and advice you need. Billed on an hourly basis in quarter hour increments.
D. Quarterly and Semi-Annual Progress Reviews- Many of our clients choose to engage in quarterly or semi-annual progress reviews. These are phone or in person meetings to evaluate progress, review personal accountabilities, and to outline next step plans. This is a powerful way to maintain momentum.

Our trainers provide you with the skills you cannot get anywhere else. We go far beyond facilitation training into curriculum design and needs assessment that is directly aligned with your business objectives. Our Total Operations System and operation manual templates cover every area of program administration, staff hiring, staff training, and customer service. Choose from a comprehensive documented manual or use our templates to build your own.
Typical Investment Range: $500– $2,500
CCA offers a host of recruiting and human resource systems including job descriptions and performance evaluations. We’ll even recruit and interview new staff. Plus, we have a network of per-diem and part-time trainers that can assist you with those large contracts.
